I’m a Objectivist Anarchist Total-Isolationist Nativist Fundamentalist. How can I be an Objectivist (assuming that means Ayn Rand style Objectivist) and a Fundamentalist?
What’s key is we all come up total-isolationist (read: anti- globalist). And let it be known, the resident “libertarian” did not come up libertarian–like some of you hippies.
Interesting. I got Conservative Anarchist Total-Isolationist Nationalist Reactionary.
I actually liked this quiz. Only a few of the statements were framed in such a way that I wasn’t comfortable giving a full yes or no answer to, which was nice for a change.
I got Left-Leaning Libertarian Total-Isolationist Cosmopolitan Reactionary. Is there a key available to the scoring on this? Parts of my description don’t seem in my opinion to fit my scores and parts of my scores don’t seem to fit how I actually answered the questions, but without a key it’s impossible to tell.
Update: Centrist Total Isolationist Nationalist Fundamentalist
Changed: Does government *always* have a right to tell us what to do / tax us.
This is a fuzzy choice though. “Rights” are determined through tradition. If answering No, the assumption would seem to be that there are some sort of special rights everyone has. That’s nonsense. Regardless, the focus should be on First Things, not ideology. Goals are what matter when a people are on the brink of extinction.
And I answered that small government isn’t *always* better.
And private corporations wouldn’t provide services better than corporations.
Basically I answered that government has some purpose… And I answered there is a welfare dependant class that’s largely worthless.
Quizzes like this are too vague. And the quiz’s definition of “Right-wing” is incorrect. Right-wing defends the current or past order, traditions, faith, etc. Left-wing stands against such. The French Revolution is where we get the terms Right and Left.
The quiz is taken from a website dedicated to promoting “abtirsi”. I have no idea what that is, but the website is Somali run and apparently abtirsi has something to do with Somali traditions. So our scores and categories reflect how these are viewed by Somalis. I think that’s a major caveat against taking these scores and categories too seriously.
Thanks Kurt for cautioning us about not taking the test results too seriously. I had pretty much decided that there was no point in trying to reach Objectivist Nationalist Isolationist Fundies, but maybe the test was a little off.
Weaver, I am guessing, support for some level for a welfare state, plus anti-corporate, would make one more left-leaning (e.g. syndicalist) rather than a rightish national socialist.
From my perspective, the most important element is that I got “Fundamentalist,” when I don’t even believe in God (!). But that confirms something that I firmly believe: one absolutely does not have to be any kind of Christian to affirm traditional social values (even to the point of “Fundamentalism.”) Or as I keep telling people on the trad Right, it’s not pagans or atheists who are your enemies, it’s Cultural Marxists. There are CultMarx Christians and tradRight Christians, just as there are CultMarx atheists and tradRight Atheists. It’s the political orientation that matters. Very obviously.

I got Right-Leaning Libertarian Total-Isolationist Nationalist Fundamentalist – which is bizarre, as I don’t consider myself Libertarian at all.

I’ll have you know I’m a nativist, not a nationalist, and the test is darn right about that!
